The TDF’s MagnifiScience Centre offers a one-of-a-kind, Junior Internship Programme for young learners between the ages of 12 to 18. The programme was initiated to provide experiential learning in various domains and get them acquainted to workplace environment.

The interns, coming from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, are grouped together to work on projects ranging from Exhibit Development, Research and Content Development, Design and Illustration, Marketing and Digital Media, Sustainability and Green Initiatives, Resource Mobilization and Fundraising, Information Technology, and Music. While working under experienced leads, they get a chance to translate their academic learning in a professional setting. Interning at the Centre also grants them the opportunity to develop a STEM project, which adds to making the entire experience more interesting.

So far, 139 interns have graduated from the programme. The graduates were able to polish their soft and technical skills through the programme and develop connections in the corporate world.
